In 2012, NJUPT officially started the research of rescue simulation project, and Apollo rescue was officially established.
Our goal is to save the injured citizens to their shelters, put out urban fires and minimize the losses caused by the disaster by controlling the strategies of police, ambulance and firefighters.
RoboCup rescue is a simulation system that uses robots to rescue by simulating urban scenes in real life.
There are buildings, citizens and agents in the picture. On the map, buildings and agents are represented by rectangles and circles respectively. The houses are connected by a network of roads. There are some special buildings on the map, such as shelters, rescue centers, police stations (and fire stations). The blue dot indicates the police agent, the red dot indicates the fire agent, and the white dot indicates the rescue agent. The green dot indicates that the citizens are the objects who need rescue robot rescue, and the citizens are distributed in various buildings or roads in the map.
Just a simple illustration. In fact, the map environment studied during the real competition is much more complex, and these maps are made according to the actual scene, such as the map of Berlin, Germany on the right.
